WASHINGTON, D.C. (Aug 14 2008) — Rocky Twyman, in purple,
and eight others held hands and prayed for gasoline prices to come down at a Washington filling station on Wednesday. Since starting the Pray at the Pump Movement in April, Twyman has held prayer vigils at gas stations across the country.
The average price of gasoline in the United States on Wednesday was less than $3.80 per gallon, down from more than $4 last month.
